The career website is designed to assign each job its own subpage, which is essential for targeted advertising. One of the main features of the site is dynamic highlights that showcase key figures of Harvest Hub and reasons to collaborate with the company, giving candidates a better insight into the work environment and growth opportunities. An important functionality is the interactive map, which allows users to click on different locations in Slovenia to view employees working there, enhancing transparency and connectivity.The site also prominently features a FAQ section to help candidates quickly find the information they need, as well as inquiry forms that facilitate quick and efficient communication between job candidates and the company.
Employee Subpages
Each employee has their own subpage where they can present themselves in a personalized and authentic way, which is highly appreciated by candidates. These subpages function similarly to social media profiles, where employees can share their experiences and roles within the company. Photos and videos of employees provide candidates with insight into the work environment and company culture, helping to build trust and connection. Additionally, employees share their opinions about working at the company, which builds trust and attractiveness for potential candidates.
