Journey Through Time
Every year at the beginning of June, Bled Castle transforms into the setting for a unique event, the Medieval Days, which offers visitors an authentic experience of medieval life. This popular event attracts both local and international visitors eager to explore the magic and mysteries of the past in one of Slovenia’s most beautiful historical settings. Our challenge was to blend the medieval with modern digital approaches without losing authenticity.

Promotion with influencers
The promotion of Medieval Days was enhanced through collaboration with well-known influencers, who increased the event's visibility with their posts. Tjaša Hudolin created a series of story announcements for the event, attended the event in person, and shared stories from the live experience. Ksenia in Slovenija also created a story announcement, participated in the event, shared stories, and prepared a reel, contributing to a broader reach and higher engagement among followers.




Advertising
For the promotion of Medieval Days, we launched a comprehensive advertising campaign. It included two static ads and engagement-boosting posts. An attractive video ad highlighted the main attractions and activities of the event, capturing the attention of potential visitors across various digital platforms.
Events at the Castle
The event program was designed to offer something for everyone, contributing to a well-rounded and unforgettable experience for visitors. The event was physically supported with various printed materials, including posters, flags, flyers, and programs, providing attendees with all necessary information. Special attention was given to children, who were delighted with themed coloring books, ensuring their entertainment and engagement in the festivities.
Results
The promotion of Medieval Days at Bled Castle delivered excellent results across multiple communication channels. Through static and video ads, we reached nearly 200,000 users, significantly increasing the event’s visibility. Influencers further expanded the reach, engaging almost 100,000 followers with their posts, which helped spread awareness and generate interest in the event.
On TikTok, content related to Medieval Days received 16,000 views and 650 likes, indicating a high level of interest, particularly among younger audiences. Overall, these results contributed to the success of the event, increased visitor turnout, and enhanced the recognition of Bled Castle as a cultural destination.
