Avtocenter BTG, specializing in vehicle sales and servicing, faced the challenge of digital transformation and enhancing user experience. With the growing demand for Chinese vehicle brands such as DongFeng, Forthing, Voyah, Box, and MHero, along with an increasing need for structured online communication, the development of a modern and functional digital presence became essential. Research in the field of automotive web platforms highlights the importance of a clear visual hierarchy and an intuitive user experience, enabling efficient navigation and increasing user conversion.

Visual Identity Renewal
The redesign of the Avtocenter BTG logo was a strategic decision reflecting the company’s growth and positioning in the automotive sector. The new logo combines modern design with carefully considered graphic elements that emphasize the company’s professionalism, reliability, and dynamism. By selecting a refined typography and a cohesive color palette, we have created a strong and recognizable visual identity that reinforces the brand’s presence in the vehicle sales and servicing segment.

Website as the Central Tool for Customer Conversion
The previous Avtocenterr BTG website did not provide an optimal user experience and failed to effectively support the sales process. The new digital platform is designed as a central tool for customer communication, offering a clear presentation of vehicles and easy access to key information. In line with modern automotive web platform standards, we implemented a clear content structure, visual elements that guide users, and interactive features such as an inquiry form for booking service appointments or vehicle viewings. This functionality is particularly important given the growing demand for DongFeng vehicles, allowing users to quickly and easily schedule showroom visits.
Results
With the digital transformation and enhanced user experience, we have achieved significant results. We now record around 10 inquiries per month through the online form, reflecting increased user engagement. Additionally, we have boosted sales by 15%, confirming the effectiveness of our new digital strategy.
